Jason

is a Red Seal Executive Chef who apprenticed and attained his papers while working at the Jasper Park Lodge of CP Fairmont Hotels.  Jason participated in several prestigious galas, including the Chaine de Rotisseur.  He gained experience working under such notable chefs as Chef Patrick McClary, formerly of the Jasper Park Lodge, Chef Marcel Guichard owner of Chez Pierre in Victoria, B.C., and Chef Angelo Prosperi-Porta of Cooper’s Cove Guest House on Vancouver Island, a former member of Culinary Team Canada.

 

Miranda

a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, has 12 years of fine-but-friendly dining experience, from hosting, to serving to administration.  She has honed her skills in both Ontario and British Columbia at such establishments as The Oak Bay Marina Restaurant in Victoria.  As the owner and manager of The Athlone Inn, Miranda is motivated to provide all guests with unparalleled service.  Miranda and her team will ensure that your visit to The Athlone Inn is more than memorable.
